Commercium is an independent app studio based in London, founded and operated by Haluk Demirhan. We build focused consumer products across games, creative tools and new forms of everyday software, using AI systems and modern development tools to give one founder the reach of a much larger team.
Every app we make is its own world. Some are games, some are tools, and some begin as experiments. The common thread is a belief that small teams, working carefully with powerful technology, can make remarkable things.

Our north star: Make what should not be possible for one person.
- Start with the idea, not the team
- We use technology to reduce the work it takes to turn an idea into a finished product. AI agents, coding assistants and automation handle what can be systematised; the founder stays responsible for the direction, the judgement and the final result.
- Measure before we assume
- We treat products as experiments. We build, observe, test and change them based on evidence rather than intuition alone. A release is not the end of the process; it is another source of information.
- Use machines for leverage
- AI is not the product philosophy. It is part of the infrastructure. We use capable tools to extend what one person can research, design, build, test and run, while responsibility for the work stays human.
